Current position: Intermediate Apprentice in Motor Vehicle with Cornwall Community Action Network, a social enterprise company that helps young people get started in work, build their skills, and move on to further employment.
Types of Employment/Apprenticeship I'm looking for, and what I hope to get from it:
I would like to gain employment and complete my Apprenticeship in a tyre fitting garage.
What I can offer an employer:
I can commit fully to my employer and I am keen to learn as much about the trade as possible.
Skills and abilities (what I've learnt, what I can do):
I have changed brakes and tyres, and changed clutch cables. I have measured brake pads and discs, fixed punctures and completed weekly service checks. I am working hard to gain more knowledge.
General Employment Skills (attitude, commitment, personal qualities, timekeeping, reliability etc.):
I have a good working attitude and feel I am a reliable employee with good timekeeping.
Work Experience (any work done, employment, projects/training, voluntary work, where):
I worked in a local supermarket bakery for around 15 months and worked on a food production line.
Qualifications, Units & Certificates achieved:
GCSE Maths grade C.
