New Apprenticeship vacancies and courses on DMT's website

November 21, 2011 at 5:35 PM

There are vacancies now available for construction, motor vehicle and ICT Apprenticeships and for training courses in the same skill areas.  You don't have to meet any entry requirements based on qualifications or grades achieved.  Selection is based on your commitment and motivation and potential to achieve.  We particularly welcome your application if you are having problems getting an Apprenticeship or course place because of lack of qualifications or work experience after leaving school or need some help to overcome barriers and get started in employment.

The Apprenticeships are ideal starter jobs for young people looking for a career in motor vehicle, construction or IT and vacancies are available in: carpentry and joinery, painting and decorating, brick/blocklaying, motor vehicle fitting and IT professional work (building, repairing and upgrading computers).  It's easy to apply online or you can call 0845 680 6868.

There are also places available for unemployed people aged 19+ on construction, motor vehicle and IT professional courses leading to nationally recognised qualifications that form part of the Apprenticeship framework.  Applications for course places can be made online or by calling DMT on 0845 680 6868.
