The Adult Learning Inspectorate judged DMT's management, implementation and promotion of Equal Opportunities to be good, and in our last IiP reassessment report the Assessor noted, "The approach taken to ensure that equality of opportunity is not just something that is covered by policies," and that "… practical steps are taken to recognise diversity..".
