Funding and Subsidies

DMT can help you access funding to pay for all or part of the costs of your training.

You may be eligible for fully funded or subsidised training through a government-funded or European Social Fund (ESF) supported programme or project. The quickest and easiest way to find out if you are eligible is to contact us and let us know what sort of training you need for yourself or for your business.

For some programmes there are government expectations as to how much individuals or employers should contribute to the costs of their training but generally the costs of training for 16-18 year olds are covered fully by the government or ESF (for example Apprenticeships for eligible 16-18 year olds are fully funded with no training costs for young people or employers).

DMT also operates a flexible charging policy to take account of the different needs and circumstances of employers to try to make sure lack of funding won't stop you improving your skills base - for example by enabling 'in kind' as well as cash contributions.  Please ask for a copy of our Charging Policy or just get in touch to find out what support you are eligible for and if any contributions would be expected.
